Computer Club is popular club held in the ICT suite every Thursday. Each child will work independently on their own computer.
Children will learn a variety of different skills with the emphasis on problem solving, decision making and developing key skills.
Each week there will be a new challenge for the children, helping them understand technology through games, puzzles and quests!
Trophies are given out each week for effort and creativity!
Topics this term will include:
*Cybersecurity awareness
*Coding & Programming
*Digital Creativity & Design
*Typing skills
*Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel
*Game play
Taking part in Computer Club will support:
*Creativity
*Awareness - recognising patterns.
*Persistence and resilience - the keys to success!
What to bring:
*A drink
*A healthy snack such as fruit to eat before the lesson
Medication:
Children with medical needs such as asthma, or severe allergies that require an epi-pen, must provide a bag of medicine for the club to keep at the club for the duration of the booking.
