PE Curriculum Statement

Our vision at Longfield is for all children to enjoy a variety of physical activities and sports, developing key skills in a fun and challenging environment. We believe that P.E is an essential part of a child’s educational development, and hope to inspire children to follow health and wellbeing throughout their life.

We aim to:

•           Include all children in P.E and games

•           Develop confidence, skills and knowledge

•           Create leaders and role models

 

Winning or coming first is nice, however cultivating winning habits will prepare our children for the future. Key ingredients for true winners are:

Effort, Resilience, Communication, Leadership, Teamwork, Fair Play and Respect.
